In case you missed the introduction and Martin's thought on it:

Shipment Update

  1. Dream Air / Dream Air SE Face Mask
We understand that many users have been eagerly waiting for the revised face mask. We're pleased to share that deliveries are expected to begin in late-July.
  1. Dream Air & Dream Air SE
Both headsets are being shipped daily, and we expect more users to receive their units in the coming weeks. In particular, Dream Air SE shipments have been going out in batches every week, with additional shipments planned.
At the current pace, we expect to fulfill all existing pre-orders by August.
  1. Crystal Super & Light Lighthouse Faceplate

Another round of Lighthouse Faceplate shipments is scheduled to begin next week.

If you require the pogo-pin connector (Crystal Super) for installation, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Pimax Play 2.0.2

Ⅰ.New Features and Improvements:
Added new Device Diagnostic checks:
  • Supports detection of abnormal camera disablement and providing one-click repair.
  • Detects excessively high headset image quality settings that may impact performance and stability.
II. Fixed Issues:
  • Fixed an issue where support tickets could not be submitted through the Online Customer Service system.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented SteamVR from launching properly.
  • Fixed issues with central foveated rendering in certain games.
III. Firmware Updates
Dream Air SE Firmware V1.0.4
  • Fixed the brightness adjustment bug.
  • Improved IPD accuracy to better match your actual interpupillary distance.

We'll be rolling out the build in stages. If everything goes as planned, the public release should be available in about three days.

Crystal Super optical engine availability

We understand that many users are interested in purchasing the optical engine separately, particularly the Micro-OLED variant.

At the moment, our priority is fulfilling existing backlog orders. Once demand stabilizes, we plan to reopen the sales portal for standalone optical engine purchases in the near future.

Before placing an order, we strongly recommend contacting our Live Chat or Support Team with your headset serial number (SN). This will allow us to verify compatibility and ensure you receive the correct connector version, helping to avoid any installation or compatibility issues.

STP file for Dream Air/SE cable

To make it easier for users to mod their devices, we've added STP files to our Printables profile. The latest one to be added is a cover for the DP cable where the two cables blend, which can clip onto the fabric backstrap.
