Products and Services
Pimax provides virtual reality hardware, software, and related services. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information but do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free.
Software updates may be required for continued product functionality. By using our software (including Pimax Play and Pimax Client), you agree to the applicable end-user license agreement.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All Pimax trademarks, logos, software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Pimax Innovation Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our products or software without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pimax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pimax Innovation Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use of our products or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
